Who I am:
As Vice-President, Canadian Gas Operations, Bryce provides functional leadership to the department to ensure the safe and responsible operations and maintenance of TransCanada’s Canadian natural gas pipeline network.
Since joining TransCanada in 1989, Bryce has worked on all aspects of the natural gas pipeline operations, including leading operations in Canada, the United States and Mexico. Prior to his current role, Bryce served as project director responsible for the implementation of enterprise application software for all of TransCanada’s operating assets, including gas pipelines, gas storage, oil pipelines and power generation. He assumed his first formal leadership role in 2002 and held various roles of progressive responsibility until he was promoted to his current role in 2013.
Bryce currently serves on the Board of Directors for Trans-Quebec and Maritimes Pipeline, TransCanada Turbines, and is Director and Secretary on the Board of Ag for Life, a not-for-profit organization that focuses on farm education and farm safety. He also serves as chairman for the Canadian Energy Pipelines Association’s Executive Operation Standing Committee.
Bryce is a Registered Engineering Technologist (RET) in good standing since 2000, and he completed the Executive Development Program at the Richard Ivey School of Business, Western University, in 2009.
